DIAGRAM'S EVOLUTION

DIAGRAM was conceived in 2012 and established in 2013. From the very beginning, it was envisioned as a diversified private equity group of mutually supporting companies.

Every successful company opens the door to another business that naturally builds on what came before. Each member of our team brings expertise that not only strengthens our ability to develop our existing businesses, but also provides the knowledge and energy needed to take the next logical step.

THE FIRST IDEAS

The original vision for DIAGRAM was built around a different first success — one that seemed within reach at the time. As a result, the Group was initially expected to develop through a different sequence of businesses.

After a year and a half of setbacks and dead ends, however, the world of real estate development and financing unexpectedly opened up to us.

THE RIGHT DIRECTION

That was the moment when everything began to fall into place and DIAGRAM gradually started to take its present shape.

From providing development services to independent investors, through our first direct equity investments and the launch of an investment fund, to where we are today — with DIAGRAM also active in the energy sector, preparing to enter two additional industries and constantly exploring new opportunities.

We remain opportunistic investors. And business is still the best game there is.

OPPORTUNITIES

As investors, we also enter sectors where the core expertise lies with others, but where we see an opportunity to expand DIAGRAM into another stable and profitable business area.

We look for sectors whose economic cycles complement our core areas of interest or create opportunities for further growth.

A TEAM OF CO-OWNERS

DIAGRAM was founded by one person as an independent company. With every new sector the Group enters, however, DIAGRAM grows through new partners and co-owners of its individual businesses.
